Commitment to sustainability
United Nations approved the agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development. Since then, the foundation MET Community has integrated vision of sustainability as the core of their activities, showing a strong commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS). Has resulted in all of our activities: mentoring programs and training, events such as ForoMET, the encounters as CaféMET and our communications in the different channels.

Our achievements
Our team has carried out a diversity of workshops, talks and events to inspire and empower women in areas such as leadership, entrepreneurship, technology, finance and communication. In this way, we have provided tools and resources to help to close to 40,000 women to achieve their goals and overcome the obstacles that are presented to them in the midst of a society in which there is still much work to reduce the gender gaps.

Colombia: improving access to finance among rural women.
They are working in a consortium with Corporation Prodepaz, MET Community and the Caja de Compensación Familiar Comfenalco Antioquia to close the gap in financial inclusion of women in Antioch, each coming with their own complementary strengths to the project. The first step was to clearly identify the most important challenges to obtain credit for the women who need it.
