Objectives

Promote and raise awareness on the importance of gender, inclusion and social innovation in the civil society and the private sector in general, and in the private sector, through building partnerships and alliances.

Increase the visibility and relevance of the issues of inclusion of gender, female entrepreneurship, business development, and access to capital.

Access to financing. Facilitate access to finance to women entrepreneurs.

Providing education, specialized training, and counseling services to women to help them develop their business skills and management, allowing them to expand and improve the preparation for the acquisition of their respective businesses.

Promote social innovation and the economic empowerment of women to address the three major challenges of sustainability: climate change, inequality and the lack of prosperity.

Help close gender gaps in the region, facilitating access to capital and business opportunities for women entrepreneurs in the region.

Innovation and Impact by promoting the use of technology as a pillar of the business development and social promotion.

Collaborative learning. To promote the exchange of experiences and knowledge among all participants MET around the business management, leadership, technology, and communication skills. Promote the exchange of knowledge and collaboration among the participants of the MET through the use of technologies.
