Accompanying program
In our mentoring programs, mentors will guide the entrepreneurs to promote their business through an online platform, through a process based on the methodology MET. In this interactive space of learning the entrepreneurs receive, in addition, the support of counselors and coaches that make up our international network of METworking. Our commitment is to bring value to everyone involved in the process.
Content
The content of each program is tailored to the beneficiaries and participants as well as the objectives set by the organizers. The programs also include training workshops which deal with topics such as:
- Context, process and stages
- Skills mentoring and accompaniment
- Evaluation of the process

Mentoring
MET with a mixed methodology flexible and dynamic that will allow the beneficiaries to participate actively creating a collaborative learning environment.
Mentoring for Leaders
This is a unique program of training in mentoring for men and women concerning Latin america. It has been developed jointly by the Latin America Leadership Program and promotes an effect multidisciplinary using mentoring as a tool of development for companies.
Virtual CAMPUS
The virtual CAMPUS is a platform for collaborative and interactive learning, where programs are tailored to the needs of each participant, making it easier for the assignment of the mentor, the assimilation of the content and the management of the whole process.
