What is PLE?
It is the Program of Entrepreneurial Leadership of the MET Community, aimed at women entrepreneurs or managers of businesses that have a business or project running and want to grow, learn, and connect with other entrepreneurs, to formalize partnerships and increase the visibility of your business.

Program Entrepreneurial Leadership (PLE)
It is a project of international cooperation especially for women entrepreneurs, which promotes personal empowerment, and economic sustainability. Offers a comprehensive model for overcoming barriers to financial access, in order to strengthen their businesses and increase their revenues. Has managed to train 200 participants in Entrepreneurial Leadership.
PLE Germinates
It is a project of international cooperation involving seven partner organizations. Its purpose is to promote the enterprises to be female, designing solutions that reduce gender gaps in women's access to financial products. The participants receive a model of comprehensive training that allows them to develop their business model. In its first edition, 55 women of 29 municipalities were certified.
