Germinates the Entrepreneurial Leadership in Antioch of the hand of USAID, Comfama, and MET
More than 280 women who are trained in the sub-regions of northern, southwestern and eastern antioquia thanks to USAID and the alliance Comfama – MET
The Program of Entrepreneurial Leadership (PLE)organized by MET Community in partnership with Comfama, is targeted to women entrepreneurs or managers of business of Antioquia looking to grow, learn, and connect with other entrepreneurs, to formalize partnerships and increase the visibility of your business.
The PLE in the framework of the project Germinates with a proprietary methodology and unique based on the learning collaborative aimed at the development of skills and knowledge of entrepreneurial leadership. Its four editions were successful during 5 weeks and trained in Leadership Entrepreneur 287 women, of whom 221 they achieved their certification, achieving impact 55 municipalities of Antioquia.
Thanks to the work of a committed team under the direction of Liliana Corrales, PLE in the framework of the project Germinates achieved all of its objectives and came to exceed the expectations in the number of beneficiaries and women certified. The level of satisfaction of the participants of the program was 99%, and is reflected in the testimony of Karina Grove, creator of Karina Arlo:

The Foundation MET Community, at the head of its chairperson —Yanire Braña—, continues to promote initiatives that promote gender equality and encourage the enterprises to be female, sustainable, innovative and responsible, with the aim of contributing to closing gaps and the economic growth of the families of the region.
