Launch of the Pitch Training Program for women of Antioquia

The Pitch Training Program (PTP) points to the growth and expansion of business in the state of Antioquia.

In the framework of the programme funded by USAID, “Closing gaps for the financial inclusion of women”, the Foundation MET launches its publication without the cost of the Pitch Training Program for women who are prone to the growth of their projects through the incorporation of knowledge and skills that will enable them to achieve the best version of the pitch of your business.

Antioquia, July 6, 2022. Launches the first edition without the cost of the Pitch Training Program (PTP) developed by the Foundation MET Community to join efforts with Micro-enterprises in Colombia, Comfenalco Antioquia and the Corporation Prodepaz. The training program consists of six (6) weeks from the 6th of July until the 11th of August in its first edition 2022. It is addressed to entrepreneurs and business owners, Antioquia looking to grow and expand their business and to do this, they need access to financial resources, and other types.

More than 50 women enrolled in the PTP will be provided with a space to exchange experiences and best practices, identifying areas of support where you incorporate the tools and knowledge for the development of a pitch business-relevant, clear, and effective that will help in obtaining resources for their business.

The program combines a mixed methodology that is based on collaborative learning, through a combination of theoretical and practical sessions, where the participants have a leading role, and technologies play an essential role during the learning process.

In the words of our Program Director, Vera Sanchez “The PTP is a program that was born from a very clear need of many entrepreneurs: to be able to talk about your business with clarity, telling what they do , why they do, how they do it and for whom. This ability to learn and work, and the result is more confidence and security when it comes to finding resources for your business, whether it is economic, human or otherwise.
