The Program of Entrepreneurial Leadership (PLE)organized by MET Community in partnership with Comfama, is targeted to women entrepreneurs or managers of business of Antioquia, seeking to grow, learn, and connect with other entrepreneurs, formalizing partnerships and increasing the visibility of your business.

The PLE in the framework of the project Germinates with a proprietary methodology and unique based on the learning collaborative aimed at the development of skills and knowledge of entrepreneurial leadership. The sessions of the 1st and 2nd edition developed with success during 5 weeks where more 170 women were trained in Entrepreneurial Leadership and of which, more than 100  they achieved their certification in their first and second edition.
