Leadership empowering and transformation sustainable business. The new bet MET Community and UNODC
“Women leaders of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Bogota, were the first beneficiaries of this coaching specialist”.
MET Community launches the Executive Coaching and team Coaching Corporate for the development of Leadership and Communication skills; an initiative that provides support and training hybrid leaders and teams of the UNODC and whose main objectives are:
Develop and support processes of transformation and sustainability to improve the work environment for the department of the UNODC.
Know the strengths of the leaders, and reflect on the skills of their teams and colleagues.
To achieve improvements in the performance, both individually, as a team, impacting on the growth of UNODC.
In its first edition, the institute held a total of 64 hours of accompaniment, at the rate of 12 hours of executive coaching individual to each one of the 4 heads of the area of the UNODC and 16 hours of group coaching to a corporate team of 16 people.
This successful initiative is held under the direction of Adriana Reyes David as head Coach of the project, business manager of the Externado University, a master coach, speaker and trainer, with over 20 years of experience in management positions such as the following: administrative vice president of the Banco Av Villas, vice president of Risk in Grupo Aval, vice president of Commercial Development on Property and Cio and a member of the Boards of directors of companies in the Real sector. Bringing his vast knowledge and experience in the field of leadership and personal development.
