MET Community and MAGNA International empower girls mexican boosting their careers in STEM
“MET Community in partnership with MAGNA International to achieve impact more than 20,000 girls and women through their conversations to life”.
InspiraMET is a program that includes a series of roundtable discussions, where girls and women concerning the world STEM share your testimony in schools mexican to motivate the youth attendees to dabble in the field of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. In these entertaining meetings, sharing of experiences between students in colleges and leading professionals in the field of STEM approach these subjects to girls and inspire them to start their journey in this exciting area.
The panels, of one hour each, were conducted in a virtual manner of September 2023 January 2024 and managed to reach 22.602 people. Participation took place through the halls and classrooms of public and private schools, and had the support of the principals and teachers were added to the purpose of promoting girls ' interest and taste for the areas of STEM. The InspiraMET were:

The panelists were girls and young students, as well as managers of Human Resources in MAGNA. Of the various topics addressed, the attendees —most of them girls, youth and teachers— they showed special interest in the following:

We managed to get to 18 states of the Mexican Republic, which were Baja California, Chiapas, Mexico City, Coahuila, Durango, State of Mexico, Guanajuato, Guerrero, Jalisco, Michoacán, Nuevo León, San Luis Potosí, Puebla, Sonora, Querétaro, Tamaulipas, Veracruz and Yucatan.
