We are an international community that supports women and girls through non-financial services, that is to say, through training, consulting, mentoring, trade shows, meetings and campaigns. For that reason, we offer training programmes, activities, networking, mentoring (mentoring and coaching), as well as large events where leaders from around the world share their experience and knowledge. Women are key to sustaining the economy of their households and to encourage the economic development of his country. 

Extensive research precedes and defines all of our activities, whose ultimate aim is to contribute to the sustainability, equity, inclusion and peace in the world.

We accompany, train, and support women and girls in Latin america with a special focus on the most vulnerable groups. Our main beneficiaries are:

MET Community develops programmes and activities of research, training, coaching, networking and communication, using a methodology based on collaborative learning and interactive.

  • Mentoring: The entrepreneurs are guided by the mentors MET to promote their business through an online platform, where they receive, in addition, the support of counselors and coaches that make up our international network of METworking.

No. We are not a financial institution or a bag of employment. All the resources it obtains MET Community through partnerships, donations, sponsorships or other media are invested in the development and implementation of programmes and non-financial services as well as the activities that benefit women and girls, taking into account the population group that is targeted by the call.
